Bellringers
The church tower contains a full peal of 8 bells. These are rung by a team of bellringers before the 11am Sunday service and on other special occasions. They are available to be rung at weddings by request - please note this is a chargeable service.
The team practice most Friday evenings at 8pm, led by Tower Captain Lawrence Sheard. The other members of the team are: Pat Lord, Robert Pygott, Shirley Pygott, Brian Sissons & Liz Wright. The team is augmented on practice nights and Sunday services by two ringers from nearby Ossett.
